HOW TO BOOK
- Call, WhattsApp or Email us on bookings@coolrunning.co.za or 071 8580132 OR Complete our booking form online
- Drop off your parcel on scheduled date or arrange collection
- Parcel will be weighed and invoice sent via whatsapp or email
- Send POP to release parcel to recipient
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Collections - Please note that collections are sometimes charged by a km rate if not on our scheduled route.
Payment - We are a COD business therfore, all deliveries must be paid for upfront before your parcel is handed over to the recipient. Payment can be made via EFT and proof therof sent to accounts@coolrunning.co.za or 071 858 0132. We reserve the right to hold back deliveries if payment its not made and will not be held liable for the deterioration of stock as a result.
Insurance - Unless insurance for your parcel has been selected prior to booking, and paid for, in the event of your parcel being lost or damaged through no fault of the busines (eg: highjacking, accident, powerfailure, force majure or looting) we are not liable for the replacement of the goods in transit. by accepting quote and handing over, you agree to the above.
Route Changes - We reserve the right to change the route or delivery days however will inform the client accordingly.
Transportaion & Cold Chain - We reserve the right to use an alternative non refirgerated vehicle as long as the goods are transported in an appropriate manner which will not alter or reduce integrity of cold chain to the detriment of the stock.
